Payment Methods

For your convenience, TinTruk accepts multiple forms of payment. You can pay with cash, Zelle, or Venmo (these have no processing fee). We also accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) with a small 3% processing fee. Payment is typically made upon completion of the job (for larger projects, a deposit may be required upfront – we’ll let you know in advance). We will provide an invoice/ receipt for all services.

What to Expect After Booking

If you decide to move forward and schedule an appointment, we’ll set a date and time that works for you. For in-shop appointments, simply arrive at the scheduled time and we’ll take it from there. We can give you an estimated completion time and you’re welcome to wait or drop off the car. For mobile service appointments (tinting at your location), please ensure you have an accessible garage or covered workspace with power outlets. We’ll show up with our mobile setup, including all tools and materials, and perform the work right on-site. Mobile or in-shop, you’ll get the same top-notch quality.

After-Service Support

After your installation, we’ll walk you through the results and any care instructions. For example, after a tint job, we’ll remind you not to roll down windows for a couple of days to allow the film to fully bond. After PPF or coating, we’ll advise on when it’s okay to wash the car, etc. We’re also just a phone call away if you have any follow-up questions or concerns. Noticed a small bubble that didn’t settle? Let us know – although our quality control aims to prevent this, we’ll happily fix any imperfections under warranty. Our relationship with our customers continues long after the sale.
